Former “Game of Thrones” co-stars Rose Leslie and Kit Harington are expecting the first child together. While the actors did not make a social media announcement or explicitly state that Leslie is pregnant, the fact that she is carrying a baby was noted in a recent cover story for “Make Magazine.”
In an Instagram post promoting the story, the magazine wrote, “Not many people can pull off a Stella McCartney floor-length silk frock and a fashion shoot when expecting a baby but Rose showed no sign of fatigue on our world exclusive fashion shoot for the latest issue of Make.”
Leslie and Harington met on the set of “Game of Thrones” in 2012. They wed in 2018. They have mostly kept their relationship out of the public eye, but over the years, Harington has given some insight on their romance.
“It dawned on me recently,” he said. “And I have no idea if we will, but say me and Rose do have children. They’ll know. They’ll be able to see the genesis of their parents getting together. Which is quite a wonderful thought, really.”
How sweet!
“Because the country is beautiful, because the Northern Lights are magical, and because it was there that I fell in love,” he said. “If you’re already attracted to someone, and then they play your love interest in the show, it becomes very easy to fall in love.”
