IKEA can be a wonderful, magical place. Not only can you find items you didn’t know you needed, but a lot of their products are less expensive than you’ll find elsewhere. Sure, you’ll have to assemble that bookshelf yourself — but it’s totally worth it if you can save some cash! Now you may be able to save even more money with a new IKEA deal.
The store is turning 75 years old this year and is hosting special giveaways to celebrate. Just head to your local IKEA on Saturday, Aug. 18 between 9:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. to join in on the fun, which includes the chance to get a $20 IKEA gift card!

To be eligible for the $20 gift card, you need to sign up for an IKEA Family account, which is free to join. Then be one of the first 75 IKEA Family members at your local IKEA on Aug. 18 and you’ll get your free $20 gift card.
IKEA Family members can also scan their card and be entered to win one of 10 $75 IKEA gift cards per store. That’s not all — one IKEA Family member in the U.S. who scans her card will even win a $750 IKEA gift card!

Not that you ever need a reason to go wander around IKEA, but there is a new, limited-time furniture collection you may want to check out.
To celebrate its 75th birthday, IKEA brought back some timeless favorites from the 1950s and 1960s with their classic GRATULERA collection. You’ll find that collection at participating stores, but it is not available online.
