If you were first in line at the theaters to see each of the hit “Twilight” films and you still maintain your Team Edward/Team Jacob status, then you’ll want to sit down for this one: Bella Swan’s house is for sale.
The charming, four-bedroom, two-bathroom house featured throughout the teen fantasy film series based on the books by Stephenie Meyer is now on the market in its real-life location of St. Helens, Oregon. Built in 1935, the home is listed for $349,900.
Sotheby’s International RealtyThe home — which was featured in the 2008 “Twilight” film when Bella (Kristen Stewart) moves in with her dad Charlie (Billy Burke) — is located at 184 6th Street in St. Helens and is known to fans as “Bella’s house.”
Sotheby’s“The house by itself is just beautiful, with a view of the river, and deer in the yard,” homeowner Dean Koenig told USA Today. “But the movie added a whole other dimension to it.
Sotheby’sWhile the setting for the popular books and film was Forks, Washington, most of the film was shot in St. Helens to capture the supernatural love story. Several spots around the town were also featured in the film, including the Columbia County Courthouse.

Sotheby’sKoenig told USA Today that seeing his home on the big screen was interesting, to say the least. “You cannot convey what it’s like watching a movie and seeing people in the movie cooking in your kitchen,” Koenig said. “It makes you sit up in your seat.”
Sotheby’sFor the other “Twilight” films, Koenig says the producers used a studio soundstage and replicated the house, “right down to the light fixtures.”
