Pink Stopped Concert To Share A Heartwarming Moment With A Grieving Fan

The famous singer is currently in the middle of her 31-date stadium tour in Australia.

Pink stopped her Brisbane concert on Monday to share a truly heartwarming moment with a grieving teenage fan of hers. The Beautiful Trauma star was passed a sign on stage during the show, and she made it a mission for her to locate the 14-year-old Leah Murphy in the crowd.

Leah sign read:

“My name is Leah – I’m 14 years old. I lost my beautiful mum last month. I would LOVE a hug… Please!”

After Pink read the sign, she stepped down from the stage to give Leah a hug.

The 14-year-old later said:

“It meant everything. It was a dream come true.

She told me that I looked pretty. She said, “Oh, don’t cry”. She said that everything was going to be OK. Then she signed my arm and we took a selfie.”

Lead decided to attend the concert in place of her mother, who died in June. She had tickets to attend Pink’s concert in Sydney, but it was rescheduled due to the singer’s illness.
She was very pleasantly surprised that her efforts to attract Pink’s attention were successful and the singer hugged her.

Pink rescheduled four of her Sydney concerts earlier this month, as she was admitted to St. Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney two weeks ago due to illness.
