These Easy Stuffed Tomatoes Are A Low-Carb Alternative To Cheeseburgers

All you need is firm, ripe tomatoes (like red beefsteak tomatoes or heirloom tomatoes), ground beef, onion, garlic and burger toppings like pickles, ketchup, mustard and cheddar cheese.
