Queue the ’90s nostalgia!
The cast of the hit ’90s sitcom “Boy Meets World” reunited at Wizard World Chicago Comic Con this past weekend, and it looks like the stars are still as close in real life as they were on the show.
Actors Ben Savage, Danielle Fishel, Rider Strong and Will Friedle all posed for a photothat was a recreation of an iconic still from the show’s heyday. Fishel posted a side-by-side of the two images and sarcastically captioned it “We hate each other.”
Yeah, we can tell! How cute are these castmates?
It’s so cool to see the whole gang together again.
From 1993 to 2000, Savage played Cory Matthews on “Boy Meets World,” and the series followed his journey from middle school through to college. Fishel played his girlfriend, Topanga Lawrence, while Cory’s older brother, Eric Matthews, was played by Will Friedle. Rider Strong portrayed Cory’s best friend, Shawn Hunter.
In 2014, the four co-stars reunited for a series spinoff called “Girl Meets World,” which followed Cory and Topanga’s daughter Riley (played by Rowan Blanchard) in her own adolescent journey. The show ran for three seasons on the Disney Channel.
For fans who hope that this won’t be the last time they can see these four together, Fishel shared some additional snaps from the day and hinted that they plan to get together more often.
She captioned the above photo, “Prom 2019. Our final day at Wizard World. This was genuinely the first time we, as a cast, have all been together for something like this. Even as kids. Thanks to everyone who stopped by and shared your BMW stories. Maybe’ll we do this more?”
If you were sad to see the series go when it ended back in 2000, it turns out that the cast was right there with you. They reportedly cried real tears while filming the show’s final scene!
Here’s a clip from the final episode, shared on YouTube by Maura Scully:
Does that bring back memories?
If this trip down memory lane has you hankering for some classic “Boy Meets World,” all seven seasons of the series are available to stream on Hulu.
