#Khloe Kardashian Says She Didn’t Think She Was Overweight Until She Was On The Show ‘KUWTK’

Khloe Kardashian took the title of America’s favorite Kardashian when she debuted on her family’s reality show over a decade ago. The mother of one sat down with Stellar Magazine and opened up about body positivity.

Khloe was always different from her sisters and earned the title of being the ‘realest’ one due to her appearance and personality. The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star revealed that she didn’t think she was overweight until the show aired.

“I never, ever considered myself chubby or overweight. I didn’t know that I was until I went on TV and everyone told me that I was fat. I never felt that way, because my family never allowed me to.”

Even when Khloe was constantly berated with insults, she held her head high and stayed true to herself — something that she will pass along to her baby girl True Thompson. The reality star is teaching her little one about self-love before she’s even able to walk.

“As silly as it sounds, I do positive affirmations with her in the morning. It’s my job to make her feel, no matter what she looks like, that she is strong and confident and beautiful, and it’s OK to embrace all different shapes, sizes, and ethnicities.”

Although Khloe is confident in who she is, she has been taking her health more seriously for the past few years. She often works out multiple times a day and even tried to stay on schedule with exercising while she was in her last trimester of pregnancy.

The 34-year-old is also the host of ‘Revenge Body,’ a show that encourages participants into changing themselves for the better inside and out. The titled may seem spiteful, but to the fitness fanatic – it’s quite the opposite.

While speaking about the series, Khloe explained: “I think all these people that are on the show, and are choosing to be so brave and vulnerable, they’re doing something purely for themselves. So it’s fun to say ‘revenge’—but it’s sweet revenge.”
